Adult First Aid Workshop

Are you interested in learning essential, lifesaving first aid skills to help in an emergency? If so, this first aid workshop might be for you. These are interactive workshops, run by experienced British Red Cross educators, that build your confidence to help someone in a first aid emergency, using everyday objects around you. 

This free first aid workshop does not provide you with a qualification but equips you with basic first aid skills to help in an emergency. The length of the workshop is 1 hour and a half.

This workshop is suitable for people working or volunteering in the community or for a non-profit organisation. It is not intended for individuals, parents or people seeking baby and child-specific first aid.
