Join us for a 6 week Gentle Movement Basic Pilates for Beginners in partnership with Shape N Tone Fitness and Places Leisure.
Helen Milnes will guide you through a gentle, low impact but full body strength workout which will improve flexibility and mobility and build core strength. Concentrating on balance and postural alignment whilst focusing on breathing, de- stressing and relieving the mind and body of any tension whilst stretching and relaxing.
Ideal for those looking for low impact exercise, those just starting their pilates journey or anyone looking for something new.
Every Thursday from February 13th 2025 - March 20th 2025. 1.30pm - 2.15pm - The Studio, The Campus, High Green, S35 3HY.
